Nominating Committee

I    Purpose

     To search for and contact persons to run for office.

II   Composition

  1. The committee will consist of three members from different countries.

  2. One of the members may be an Associate Member.

  3. The committee will elect a Chairperson from its members.

  4. The term of office will be three years.

  5. A member of this committee may be re-elected but may serve no more than two consecutive terms of office.

III  Conduct

  1. The committee will meet as required.

  2. The committee will submit a report to the Executive Committee midyear meeting and to the Annual General Meeting.

  3. The committee will endeavour to find at least 2 persons to run for each office.

  4. They will present the names with curriculum vitae and manifesto stating the reasons they would like to run for office, to the Secretary in time to be sent to the membership with the AGM Agenda.
