REGISTRATION

 

Full members:

Instructors who are recognized by the association to lead courses.

Associate members:

Instructor-candidates in the process of training to qualify as an IBITA Instructor.

All Instructor-candidates are required to join IBITA as Associate Members as of their 1st evaluated assistance.

To apply for the associate membership of IBITA, you must address to the Instructor-trainee Secretary:

The applicant must send to the IBITA Instructor-trainee Secretary:

a.

The Membership Registration Form. (Procedural Manual part II, document 2.1)  (Follow this link and read the instructions)

b.

A curriculum vitae.

c.

Copies of certificates from Basic and Advanced Bobath Courses.

d.

A copy of the Personal Training Profile Form, completed and signed for the first and second (if appropriate) assistantship.

ALL documents should be sent in electronic format; scanned or as a Word or PDF file, attached to an e-mail to h.haestad@ibita.org

If the applicant does not have access to a scanner, photocopies sent by post will be accepted.
